Does the ice cream machine need a water connection?
Soft serve machines can be water‑cooled or air‑cooled. We gave Lily an air‑cooled machine – no water hookup needed, only electricity. The ice maker needs water, but we added a water tank and pump so it can run automatically.
What if a part breaks?
Within one year, if the problem is due to a manufacturing defect, we will send you a free replacement part.
