Automatic Cashew Shelling Machine Working Principle
Step 1: Cashews, after being washed, dried, and graded, are fed into the equipment’s feeding area.
Step 2: The positioning device adjusts the cashews to the appropriate position, ensuring the cashew shell cutting line aligns with the blade.
Step 3: The clamping device secures the cashews, preventing them from shifting during cutting.
Step 4: After cutting, the cashew shell separates along the slit, and the cashew kernel is discharged through the outlet.
Automation: Operators only need to handle feeding, parameter adjustment, and finished product inspection. This reduces the manual workload of opening cashews one by one.
Output: The smallest model can process two cashews at a time, while the largest can process 14. Maximum output can reach 350-450 kg/h.
Opening Rate: The opening rate for FL-2 and FL-4 is approximately 90%-95%, while FL-6 and larger models can reach approximately 95%.
Breakage Rate: Under normal operating conditions, the breakage rate is approximately 5%, with some models having a breakage rate below 5%. A low breakage rate effectively improves overall profitability.
Operation: Some models use button controls, making operation simple. The equipment structure is clear, and the cutters, transmission components, and feeding components are easy to inspect and maintain. Routine maintenance mainly involves cleaning residual cashew shells, checking fasteners, and lubricating transmission parts.
Power Requirements: Select 380V or 220V voltage and 50Hz frequency according to your site conditions. Some models are equipped with 0.75kW, 1kW, 1.5kW or 2.2kW motors.
