5 Robot Arm Coffee Machines Exported to USA

In late 2025, Bryan Boan, the owner of a mid-sized coffee chain in California, reached out to us. He runs 3 stores in Sacramento and Rock Hill. Labor costs keep going up, and staff turnover is high. He wanted a solution that could replace manual work and keep quality consistent. After 3 months of comparing options, he ordered 5 units of our robot arm coffee machine for a fully automated pilot in his new store.

Machines Purchased by Bryan Boan

Bryan Boan chose our flagship smart coffee robot. The full system includes:

  • six-axis robot arm
  • coffee maker with 2 bean hoppers (holds two types of beans)
  • ice maker (produces about 70kg of ice per day)
  • photo printing system with food-grade cocoa powder (ink cartridge prints 700–1000 cups)
  • 14-inch touchscreen for ordering
  • refrigerated storage area for milk and coconut milk
  • cup dispenser (holds about 200 cups)
  • remote backend management system

The robot arm handles the whole process: grinding, extraction, milk frothing, and latte art. The feature that impressed the customer most is photo printing. Customers can upload their own images, and the machine prints the image onto the milk foam using food-grade cocoa powder. Every cup becomes unique.

Customer Feedback

“We had some small issues in the first two weeks – the ice maker water connection needed adjustment, and the robot arm needed recalibration. But your engineers fixed everything remotely. Now all 5 machines make 150–200 cups per day stably, with no breakdowns during peak hours. Customers love the printed latte art. Many share photos on Instagram and TikTok, which brought us new foot traffic. “

FAQ

What certifications do I need for the US market?
The US usually requires UL electrical safety and FDA compliance for food-contact parts. Our machines already have CE and CB, and we can help you with UL testing upon request.

Can the machine work with US power and plugs?
The machine runs on 220V, which is common for US commercial sites. You’ll need a power cable of at least 4mm², a 32A circuit breaker, and a 16A socket.

Does the payment system support US local methods?
Yes. We can install a contactless card reader, a banknote acceptor, and a coin acceptor. The backend also supports an English interface.

How about after-sales service?
We provide one year of free maintenance. Software issues can be fixed remotely. Hardware problems can be solved with video guidance or by returning the unit to our factory.
