The lifting feeder conveys potatoes from the ground or a hopper to the washing equipment.
| Size | 2000 * 700 * 1600mm |
| Belt Width | 600mm |
| Power | 0.55Kw |
The stiff-bristle brush rollers of the washing and peeling machine scrub the surface of the potatoes, while water sprays remove soil and impurities. A drainage structure at the bottom allows wastewater to be discharged.
| Length of Roller | 800mm |
| Brush Quantity | 9 |
| Size | 1800 * 1000 * 1500mm |
| Power | 1.5Kw |

The sorting conveyor features a stainless steel frame and a food-grade conveyor belt. Workers can pick out spoiled potatoes, residual skin, and irregularly sized raw materials during the conveying process.
| Dimensions | 2000*700*900mm |
| Weight | 120KG |
Slicing and Starch Washing
The processed potatoes enter a high-speed slicer. The blades cut the whole potatoes into thin slices of uniform thickness.
| Size | 700*600*900mm |
| Power | 0.75Kw |
| Weight | 130KG |

The product enters the soaking elevator to soak and remove surface starch.
| Size | 2000*700*1600mm |
| Belt Width | 400mm |
| Power | 0.55Kw |
The bubble washing machine utilizes bubbling action and circulating water flow to remove residual starch and fine impurities. Starch removal is a crucial step in fully automatic chips making machine, as starch affects the final texture of the product.
| Size | 3500*1000*1300mm |
| Driving Power | 0.75Kw |
| Water Pump | 1.5Kw |
| Air Pump | 2.2Kw |

Pre-cooking and Dehydration

The washed potato slices enter the blanching machine. Pre-cooking improves the internal texture and color of the potato chips.
| Size | 3500*1000*1300mm |
| Power | 48KW |
| Temperature | 85°C |
| Time | 3min |
After pre-cooking, the potato slices enter a vibrating screen. This equipment uses high-frequency vibration to remove excess surface moisture and screen out fragments.
| Size | 2000*800*1300mm |
| Power | 0.5Kw |
| Weight | 80KG |

The air-drying dewatering machine employs multiple sets of fans to blow air onto the potato chips on the conveyor belt. This dewatering process reduces oil splashing when the chips enter the fryer.
| Size | 4000*800*2250mm |
| Weight | 180KG |
Frying Unit
The continuous fryer conveys potato chips into the oil tank via a mesh belt, frying them at a set temperature for a specific duration. A dual-layer mesh belt minimizes chip overlap.
| Heating Power | 72Kw |
| Side Scraping Slag | 0.37Kw |
| Temperature | 170-180℃ |
| Time | 40-60s |

The vacuum filter removes fine residues from the oil, reducing the impact of repeated heating during frying on oil quality.
| Size | 1000*550*1650mm |
| Weight | 80KG |
De-oiling and Cooling
The air drying deoiling machine uses fans, a turnover mesh belt, and a bottom oil-collection structure to expose the chip surfaces to airflow, thereby reducing oil content.
| Size | 4000*600*1500mm |
| Power | 0.5Kw*3 |
| Weight | 180KG |

Seasoning and Automatic Packaging

Seasoning is a crucial step in the chip production line. During operation, the rotating drum of the seasoning machine tumbles the product, allowing the seasoning powder to adhere to the surface of the chips.
| Power | 1.5KW |
| Drum Diameter | 600mm |
| Size | 1500*800*1600mm |
After seasoning, the potato chips enter the packaging machine. It performs functions such as weighing, dispensing, bag forming, sealing, and cutting.
| Bag Weight | 20g – 40g |
| Precision | Around 0.3% |
| Packing Speed | 35-55 bags |
| Size | 1600*1400*2300mm |
| Weight | 460KG |

FAQ
Common production capacities include 30 kg/h, 50 kg/h, 70 kg/h, 100 kg/h, 200 kg/h, and 300 kg/h. Models with a capacity of over 100 kg are fully automatic. Those with a capacity of 100 kg or less are semi-automatic and require manual assistance.
Finished potato chips: Potato-to-product ratio of 1:0.75 (varies slightly depending on the potato variety). Standard market chip thicknesses: 1.0 mm, 1.2 mm, and 1.5 mm.
