Water Loading: The machine automatically fills water into individual ice moulds.
Refrigeration: The compressor circulates refrigerant through the evaporator coils surrounding the brine tank. The machine uses an agitator to continuously stir and circulate the brine water.
Freezing: As the brine temperature drops, heat is removed from the water inside the moulds. The water gradually freezes from the outside in until solid ice blocks are formed.
Harvesting: Once fully frozen, the crane or hoist lifts the moulds and moves them to a thawing tank. Warm water or hot gas from the compressor melts the outer surface of the moulds, releasing the ice blocks.
Storage: The finished ice blocks are removed and stored in a cold room or directly used for cooling applications
