Raw Material Feeding: After simple pretreatment (cleaning, drying), the oil-bearing raw materials are evenly fed into the pressing chamber through the forced feeding system.
Spiral Pressing: The high-hardness screw rotates to push the raw materials forward, and the volume of the pressing chamber gradually decreases, forming strong pressure to squeeze out the oil from the raw materials.
Oil Filtration: The crude oil flows into the vacuum filtration system, which quickly removes impurities and moisture to improve the purity and quality of the edible oil.
Cake Discharge: The pressed material cake is automatically discharged from the end of the pressing chamber through the cake ring, completing the entire oil extraction process.
