What if my product has uneven pieces, like some peanuts big and some small? Will it still be accurate?
That is exactly what a combination weigher does best. Our machine uses multiple buckets to “combine” a total close to your target.
Does the weigher get sticky or oily? For example, fried peanuts or sugar‑coated nuts.
The standard hoppers have a mirror‑polished stainless steel finish – they don’t stick. For very sticky materials, we offer Teflon‑coated hoppers or patterned plates.
If I want to change the pack weight later, say from 100g to 200g, does the machine need major adjustment?
No. Just change the target weight on the touch screen from 100g to 200g. The machine adjusts itself. If you also change the product (from peanuts to coffee beans), just select another recipe.
