First, flour, water, yeast, salt, and oil are added to a dough mixer in the correct proportions. After proofing, the dough enters a tortilla machine for pressing, shaping, and heating. The finished pita bread is output from the tortilla outlet and then cooled. Finally, the cooled product is packaged in a pillow-type packaging machine.
The dough mixer is the initial equipment in the production line; the quality of the dough affects the texture and shaping of the pita bread. This machine can process 130 kg per hour. It has a small footprint and is suitable for integration with subsequent equipment.

Automatic Tortilla Machine
The tortilla machine is the core equipment of the production line, responsible for shaping, baking, cooking, and cooling the dough. The equipment includes a flour hopper, shaping device, cooking device, air-cooling device, main control panel, and tortilla outlet. It uses a continuous conveyor structure.
